What does 'We First' mean?

'We First' is a new vision for the role of business in the world. It is a mindset shift, a practice and a movement that ensures business does well by doing good. It stands in contrast to a 'Me First' mentality that prioritizes self-serving behaviors over the collective good. A We First mentality sees the global challenges we face as opportunities for business growth and positive impact based on human values we share. It inspires all stakeholders in a brand's community to work together to build business in a more equitable, sustainable and prosperous way that improves lives and our future.
